Sports Federation Management Programme
Introduction

An intensive programme to expose sport managers in National Federations to essential tools in order that they may enhance their administrative capability. Through the use of case studies delegates apply learning immediately throughout the programme.

At the conclusion of the programme managers will have worked on key planning documents often essential for funding requirements in order to give them a competitive advantage when in discussion with funding bodies such as International Federations, Governments, commercial partners etc with a focus on Strategic Planning and Governance.
